I recently got the final parrs of my build. But when I put it all together and connected the monitor I got "no signal". I thought it might be the monitor, so I got another I had around the house. Same thing. So I figured my I hadn't seated the GPU right, or maybe something was connected. Everything was. I tried reseating it. No dice. My conclusion is that its the graphics card, but I want to be a hundred percent sure. I don't have another system to test it on at the moment. Its funny because the GPU fan powers on.

no signal usually means theres no power going to the cable. so it could be your monitor cable is damaged, motherboard has no power or bad cpu.
normally when a gpu is bad you will get a post beep code(normally 3 short or a continuous beep) or if you have an led display on your motherboard it will display an error number.
are there any leds on the motherboard for likes of ethernet and motherboard power. are they lighting up, are any fans spinning?
