I've tried to portforward with this modem/router and it worked a few months ago.
But now i do it the same way but now it won't work.

Done right with a static ip and everything.

And i've done dmz but seriously, nothing works.

Solution
Yup, unfortunately you're probably on a Carrier-Grade NAT connection. This means that they can share one (increasingly scarce) IPv4 address across ~10 customers.

Unfortunately, there's not a lot you can do aside from trying to request a public IP.

Image with IP removed - SS

I've tried it like that with my internal and external ip but last time i had it working i only did the first internal and it forwarded fine.

And what do you mean by CG-NAT?

Nope, what I mean is this:

192.168.0.24 27000-27050 0.0.0.0 27000-27050 Both

Carrier-Grade Network Address Translation. You share your external IP with a pile of other people, which reduces the number of IPs the ISP needs to buy. But breaks anything relying on inbound traffic.

Check whether the IP address reported by your router is the same as the address reported by Google.

It started and went through 10 and on 11 and 12 it failed. I did it to Google's IP.

Quick edit: Did it to a different ip and it says traceroute to (74.125.224.72) from (66.168.xxx.xx). And it completed. Same IP as google see's if that is the one you are talking about

Second line was "01 10.228.0.1 10 ms 10 ms 10 ms." Plus some more that were similar after that.
My ISP is Charter. I've tried getting help from them but since we didn't get it from them they won't help.

And unfortunately Charter has pretty awful customer service, so this will be interesting.
Thanks for your help, you've been fantastic.
