sharing internet for 2 computers

OK I have windows 7 laptop and I want to share my internet connection with my xp desktop.
My laptop is wireless connection .
I have an Ethernet cable connecting the two computers
Could you please tell me the setting I need for each computer

Start>Control Panel>Network and Internet>Network and Sharing Center>Change adapter settings.

Right click your wireless connection and Properties. Click the Share tab and mark the check-box "Allow other network users to connect to this computer's internet access". In the drop down select Local Area Connection. Viola!
