I have seen several posts and mostly are because of overheat and psu shortage, here is my problem.
My specs:
mobo :M5A97 R2.0
GPU: Raedon HD 7770 Gz edition saphire
CPU: AMD FX-8350
PSU: Rosewill green series 630 W (80 plus qualification)
RAM: DDR3 kingston 2Gb (x2), DDR3 kingston 4 Gb (x2)
The PSU is feeding and extended rail of 4 port-USB 3.0 (not in use), 2 USB 3.0, and 7 normal USB. and 4 led coolermaster fans, and a coolermaster hyper 212 plus fan.

I dont know what could be causing my sudden restarts, as the title says it is often in gaming and very seldom while transferring tons of files from and external HDD.

Also i ran some stress tests and here are the results:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/slvdldsikttiaq8/Screenshot%202014-03-23%2023.15.30.png
The first 4 minutes were only GPU stress and it got up to 65, the next 4 minutes I ran GPU and CPU stress with the temperatures showed on the screenshot. This could discard overheat as in any game that I play gets near the tests. PSU shortage might be a thing but i know no way of proving this.

TL : DR
I dont think it's overheat and som e possibilities are:
-Bad assembly ( as I assembled myself)
-PSU shortage
-faulty RAM
-Bad dr4ivers (just installed them)

I think I should also say the PSU and GPU were used in my last computer and succesfully used 2 days ago. Also that the PSU has this weird thing that wont turn on computer first try adn I have to disconnect and reconnect the PSU before I can turn on the new pc. (that didn't happen with alst PC)

Sorry for long post but I try to make it as detailed as possible. Thanks for the help.

Solution
Your PSU is dying. Rosewill is an economy brand and usually wont last as long as well name brands like sea sonic, corsair, coolermaster, antec.

Raedon HD 7770 recommends a 600w PSU, but your basically running that at capacity from all your other components.

Probably need like a 700-750w to be comfortable with the energy draw from the GFX.

Admirable
make sure the gpu and power connections are seated properly

you can also try this

dl and install http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html
power down
power up into safe mode
uninstall graphic drivers new and old and ccc using tool
power down
power up into windows
go to amd's site to dl drivers

this is however a classic sign of psu failure
it could also be that board only has 4+2 power phase and although bios supports it i wouldnt overclock on it personally. if you do have it overclocked undo your overclock and see if that resolves the issue....are you using bios 1006 or later?
