GTX 780 Build Under $1100?

It's as simple as it gets. Can you guys put together a build with a GTX 780 in it for under $1100? I have a monitor, OS, keyboard, mouse, and the usual stuff people have. I just need components. If you can, make it Intel, but I totally get if it has to be AMD. I would love a blue-black kinda color scheme like all of the Gigabyte mobo's, but that is tough to ask. I am really just asking for opinions here. Not necessarily gonna buy this right away. If you must, go ahead and throw a GTX 770 in there, but make sure it has that beautiful metal stock cooler. I am super specific about looks, which is why getting a 780 is tough at this budget. I hope you all come up with something different than myself, this has stumped me for too long now.

Solution
It's very easy to hit that target, and to hit some of your requirements along the way. You can go cheap on the case/PSU, but I don't know how much sense it makes.

I'm assuming you are looking at something like this, which is why you think you can't reach it? (perhaps with colour matched memory etc). Obviously if you factor in a fancier cooler and an SSD, you could easily be $200 over budget.

Doable if you don't care about looks.

That kinda works actually!

I kinda built off of that and came up with this:

Kinda works I guess. A little over budget. I wish I could push it closer to $1000 but to do that I would obviously have to downgrade to a 770. If anybody else see's this, I hope you guys can kinda build off of these!

With tweaking to specifics, you can get that under budget without any issues, but if looks are a big thing then you might want to consider something like this-

It's not quite as fast, both the CPU and the graphics card are slower, but the real difference is going to be pretty small in games. It's got what I think is quite a nice looking cooler (though it might not fit with what you had in mind, it does show you have room in the budget), a GTX780 with the Titan cooler I think you wanted, and some slightly more subtle memory too. Is it the best value system you can buy? Nope, but it does show that if you want to push towards a certain aesthetic it should be doable without breaking the bank or entirely destroying your performance.

I really like both! I have another little challenge. I wanted some money left over after the build, so what is the absolute BEST build you can do for $1000 with the best graphics possible? Once again, same kinda "rules" apply. Just trying to get ideas from other people really :)

As Low as I would go with processor as you are now in dead socket territory, do you plan to overclock? If not then you could do this config with a 290 as it would look very nice together in all black and the gpu is very good looking.
