Picked up a ASUS VG248QE Gaming Monitor. Wanted to use this will my PS4 only, If I connect HDMI PS4 to HDMI Monitor to play my games, Its possible getting 120hz? or I will get 60hz?
PS: The Monitor will work only for PS4 not as a computer at all.

If the adapter will work then what is the best brand of adapters to use for high quality?

Thanks for any help on this.

Solution
well if you can still return it you can get a good 60hz ips monitor. that would be good if nto you can always sell it on craigslist, 1440p and high refresh rate monitors sell like hotcakes

no you cannot get 120hz with a ps4 im unfamiliar if they bumped the frame rates but i know ps3 was locked at 30 on monitors so im assuming it is still the same

UPDATE: this may make you a little mad but it depends on the devs some games are still locked at 30fps som are 60 fps, the real kicker is that some games are still encoded @ 720p like bf4...i found this as a shock....
