i have desktop pc and it's montor somtimes displays no signal and goes off in middle running of pc and cpu fans start running ot full speed(it does not happen regularly) and also only green led is countinuously is on.I changed the rams but problem is still there.Please tell what component might be faulty?please also tell me what components get affected if pc is not earthed??
