One would assume so based on this:
The GD Adjusted requirements are the system requirements we have decided based on user data about what we think is the requirements for users to properly enjoy the game. This is why it is important for our user to input as much accurate data as they can. Some games it will be enough to play on high and others medium. Basically if you meet the GD Adjusted requirements we feel that you we be able to enjoy the game. Since each game varies, if you are the type that needs to play every game on high it is best to ask in the forums or the game discussion area others who have played the game before to see if your if will handle high settings.
