I'm set on all of these parts, considering I have half of what I need right now I'm determined to use this build. Now, I'm using the Corsair TX650M PSU in my temporary PC right now, will that be way too much for my next PC with these parts in mind? Or should I be fine being able to use the PSU?

So it won't be detrimental to exceed the estimated wattage by 400 watts or something? I'm planning on upgrading the card soon after completing the finished build and putting the 750ti back into the temporary computer I'm using right now, so I will eventually have to use the tx650m. I just want to make sure I won't fry anything, I'm no electrician xD so I'm not all to sure how this works.
