HI, i am planning to buy a system, there are 2 options.

one is 2-year-old PC, configuration is as follows:
Intel i5 2500 @ 3.30 GHz Quad Core 64 bit operating engine
Intel Motherboard with Rapid storage Technology
USB 3.0 and SATA 6.0Gbs speed along with 2 HDMI ports
4GB DDR3 RAM single chip, Expandable to 32GB
1 GB ATI Radeon HD sappire Graphic Card
500 GB Hard Disk
22 " wide Dell LED screen Monitor with HDMI wire connectivity.
Logitech Wireless keyboard and mouse
Dual Creative Speakers 180 Wts.

Two... buy a new but for that price range and shelling out few extra bucks i can get i3 3rd gen? which is better

Used 2-year-old system is priced at 23,000 ruppes (380 USD) Where as for the same price or plus few extra cash i can buy new system with i3 3rd gen config system.without graphic card.... Which should i go for.

Is it really okay to go with 2 year old used system? That is my biggest concern.... Please help me out i am dont know what to do.....

The 2500 would be faster than a third gen i3.
Also many components in this build are vague. Can you provide details on them?
Motherboard, RAM frequency, 1 or 2 sticks of RAM?
Which graphics card?
Does the monitor have DVI or only HDMI? and are there any cables with that monitor?
Can you reduce the price by omitting the graphics card? for only 23000, I don't think he has a very good card.
What is the power supply inside the system? To run a graphics card, a good power supply is an essential component.
