looking for budget cpu

As much as i love APUs, i'd suggest getting a standalone gpu. Getting an apu to perform well requires AT LEAST 1866 mhz memory . Now that memory only comes in 8gb kits that are somewhat expensive for a budget build. You actually pay more for an apu build because you have to get expensive ram and more of it.

Best bang for buck in my opinion is as follows:

Athlon II x4 750k + Radeon 260/260x
Athlon II x4 750k + GTX 750ti

If you want you can cheap out and get an HD 7770

Build will be a little faster than Kaveri and cheaper.

If you still want an apu, get the least expensive quad core Kaveri APU with at least 1866 ram
