Which Is Better?

they are all basically the same, if you have a closed case then a blower type would be best for you, if it has access to air (vented side on case) then go with a aftermarket cooler ( like asus direct cuII for instance). performance wise, like i said your looking at 75mhz~ difference in them all and you can do a verly slight overclock on any to make the speeds of the fastest one. as for how quiet they are, depends on which you choose but they are all quiet at idle speeds (unless somethings wrong with them) so it all comes down to which one you want.
