The main difference between the two is msi is a more well known brand for their video cards, they only use certified components, so you know you are going to get a video card that will last. The msi video card also has a better cooler than the zotac. That is not to say that they are both not awesome cards, just your miles may vary for life span on the msi vs the zotac. But the zotac does have some similarities in the way they are designed to an asus CU2 video card. The only experience that I have had with a zotac video card was a 560 I believe that had a $20 or 30 mail in rebate and it took them 10-12 weeks to give me back my money from the rebate. I would say go with msi since, in my experience, it's the more trusted brand. It's worth the extra few bucks to make your Gpu last as long as it can.
I'd also say to just save the few extra dollars for the i5 which is an exceptional gaming CPU.

Just make sure their warranty covers your country, and also make sure that you get the AMP edition of the card if you can. But the customer never called me back and said my video card is dead, or something weird is happening on my screen. So aside from the rebate, and possibly the warranty they are a solid performing brand. Unless money is really tight I think $20 for an upgrade to a K edition processor would be better than the msi card upgrade. But it is your money so it is up to you.

I think your results for pirated games vs the original games are within the margin of error, so some spots may give you a slightly higher fps if you look at something like from different angle then what you originally did. I personally have always bought my games, but I do know people do sometimes download them from websites for free. The only difference that I have heard of in pirated vs the original paid for version is sometimes minor bug fixes aren't patched. or say a cut scene doesn't get played because the person who stole it had a copy of the game that didn't have all of the cut scenes implemented yet. I'm not really even sure if you can talk about pirating stuff on this forum but, the short answer is there will be no difference between the two as far as performance goes. I think that pirating puts yourself at risk for unwanted software that can slow down your computer and put you at risk of becoming infected.

Pirated games = crappy games. Usually parts of the actual game get removed along with the security, leading to bugs or even crashes. Also, I have no respect for pirates on a personal level, since they're the reason we got stuck with DRM in the first place.
