I need to know what I can replace my cpu with to make it compatible

Hi

I'm building my first pc and know that the motherboard is not compatible with the cpu but I have he motherboard already so can somone tell me what I can't change instead of the motherboard to make it all compatible also do I need a sound and wireless card or is it onboard with the motherboard

My build is

Motherboard: p8b75-m for my motherboard
Cpu: intel i3 4310
Ram: Kingston hyper x blue 8gb ram DDR3
Hard drive: Western digital caviar blu 320gb
Case: cooler master elite 431 plus
Video card: EVGA GeForce gtx 650 superclocked 2048MB
Optical Drive: Lg Optical drive
Power supply: corsair cx series 430 watt

Just switch to a good 1155 CPU. From your budget I'm guessing some sort of i3 CPU. Everything else looks good for a lower end/mid range build.
