I currently have 2x8192 Mb of Corsair Vengeance LP 1866 Mhz.

Is it worth getting 2 more ram sticks?

Depends what you do? Gaming, absolutely not - 16gb is overkill for gaming still. If you do 3D graphics work however then the more ram the better.

It depends. If you use virtualization or graphics purposes then you need more RAM but if your purpose is only for gaming you don't need that additional RAM.
