Best Graphics Card for $100-$150

Hello people of the interweb,
I have a M5A76L-M LE ASUS motherboard
CPU: Athlon II x2 250
GPU: Nvidia GT 630 2GB gigabyte edition
4GB RAM
PSU: 500W

I'm upgrading my cpu to FX-6300 next week.

My question is what GPU should i upgrade to? (Under 150$)

In this case, go for the GTX750, It's a 55W TDP card with great performance.

the two cards if you can find them is the 750ti 2g and the r 265 cards. do to bitminers the 265 is hard to find right now at it 149 price point in stock. the 265 is slightly faster then the 750ti. the 750ti does not need any extra power it gets it power from the pci slot. it would be a one for one replacement for the older 630 card you have in your desktop.

It's R7 260X. You just need to make sure your PSU can handle it.
HD 7790 is also a very good graphics card with lower power consumption and very similar performance if you chose the OC version.
And if you like nVidia I suggest GTX750
