and if i can upgrade this pc?i mean if i can buy a new case, psu and mobo where i can put all my sff components? if yes then plz guide me what should i do,… . and i am thinking of buying hd 7770 if my pc gets psu upgrade. thanks in advance… .

Solution
First of all you cannot simply upgrade the PSU of sff cause they are proprietary and you need to sell the sff quickly cause sff require low bracket graphic card and they are no good. If you are short on budget i recommend that you buy a casing (buy a mini-tower or a tower casing), a LGA 775 motherboard (see the motherboard that is compatible with your processor, if you say may i suggest some). Remove the Core 2 Quad from the 960 sff and put it in that motherboard you bought also remove your Ram and HDD from the sff and also put it in the case you bought. Power supply should also come with the casing and hd 7770 is low power consumer so you shouldn't have to worry about the power supply but i suggest first telling us the casing model and...

Here are the links:

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157359
The casings: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811353023

One thing i forgot is that also take out DVD rom too, basically take out everything except motherboard and power supply.

Update: I got you the cheapest LGA 775 motherboard as it support Core 2 Quad and C2Q is top of LGA 775 list and not the expensive one cause there is no point, next time you upgrade go for LGA 1105 or better and choose the casing according to your need one is a little expensive but worth it, if you are running real short on budget get the cheapest one it should covers your need.

I see you live in Pakistan, I live in the same country. Try czone.com.pk or texonware.com or galaxy.com.pk. They do delivery too some of them might charge for delivery based on the city you are in and some of them might not. Here a link of some LGA 775 mobo's: http://www.czone.com.pk/motherboards-lga-775-socket-pakistan-pt.160.aspx
