PCI 2.0 graphic card in a PCI 3.0 motherboard

I have a GA-Z77X-D3H LGA1155 motherboard (PCI 3.0) and bought a VGA EVGA GeForce GT620 1024MB (1GB) DDR3 PCI-Express 01G-P3-2621-KR that has PCI 2.0. Will I have any compatibility issue?

@marcelo2605. Did you make it installing GT620 on PCIe 3.0 Motherboard? Would you please report? I have the same problem. Im going to install GT630 Kepler GDDR3 1GB into Z97i Plus.
