Have looked around Tom's and can't find a list of approved Cases.

-ATX
-Temp readouts front/top
-3.0 usb front
-can fit the bigger GPUs without reconfiguring
-at least 3 fans, I don't want to have to add more

Solution
Do you have a budget?

Cases are a personal thing.
Look for a case that YOU love.
Some like windows and "bling".
Others like me prefer quiet/small/conservative cases.

There are ways to expand your options.
Speedfan will display temps in the taskbar.
Or, front panel temperature readouts are available in 3 and 5" front bay installs.

Most cases today have usb3.0 in front.
If need be, again, a bay mount will give you that too.

Most all ATX sized cases will handle even the largest graphics cards.

On the fans, two 120mm intake fans, or the equivalent in output will give you adequate cooling for even a strong graphics card. I prefer cases with washable front intake filters.
That gives you a positive pressure situation that keeps dust out...

I might suggest the Antec three hundred two
