Have you tried to overclock? hence watering cooling but your memory is operating at 1648MHz and im guessing you have 1600MHz memory?

The restarting is most likely your memory unable to operate above it's rated speeds. Increasing memory voltage may help but try lowering the memory speed to 15XXMhz, which ever the bios allows.

it only restarts while playing games? I had the exact same problem a while back. it may be the psu. and it's most likely caused by the 12v rail. t. 12v rail is the one that provides the power to the gpu. so when u run games, the power demands from the 12v rail increases, and in lesser PSUs, this would cause voltage fluctuation. your 12v rail probably dips to 11v or maybe even 10+v which would cause the pc to restart. to confirm this, use a software to monitor the voltage and to confirm it, check the 12v rail using a multimeter. hope it helps
