I just got 2 intel xeon e5 2620. Didn't know it's ES version. I was going to buy a Tyan S7050 - dle. Some body i know told me that only x79 mother can run es cpu. Is that true?

According to Intel specs: http://ark.intel.com/products/64594/intel-xeon-processor-e5-2620-15m-cache-2_00-ghz-7_20-gts-intel-qpi
That is a FCLGA 2011 chip, so, yes, you'll need a MB, like X79 that supports that 2011 socket.

Edit: Is this your MB? http://www.tyan.com/Motherboards_S7050-DLE_S7050G2NR-DLE-B
If so, it DOES support the E5-2620.

Sorry for the confusion.

Can you confirm it again? It's not a regular xeon e5 2620, it's an ES version. I know that the Tyan s7050-DLE is compatible with xeon e5 2620, i just don't know if that's the same with the ES.

"ES" or E5? According to the TYAN specs above the MB supports the " Intel Xeon Processor E5-2600/E5-2600 v2 series processors".

I'm not finding any info on an "ES" CPU. If my memory serves me correctly, the term "ES" when used by Intel stands for "Engineering Sample" which is generally a batch of select, high quality CPUs intended for reviewers and other special assignments, but the socket specs of the ES are the same as the non-ES models.
