Solution
Mobo: Don't get the G45, better choices out there. Look into Asus Z87-A.
RAM: You don't need 16GB to game. Get 2x4GB. more than enough.
GPU: Upgrade that to at least a 760 or 770.
SSD: grab a Samsung Evo 250GB instead.

why not go with latest generation of cpu? 4670k = same price, newer, and in case you want to upgrade to broadwell in the future, an 1150 mobo would allow for that. also, cut down the ram to 8gb like the guy above said, unless you're doing some video editing or ram intensive processes, 16 is overkill. also, for motherboard, if you do decide to stick with 1155 that msi is a good board, i've built a couple systems with it, but overall there are more feature rich boards out there, think asrock, asus, or gigabyte, but overall good base selection
