So i just got my new gtx 770 and i booted it up and one of the fans dosen't run and the other two run very fast to make up for it, anyone else had this or know a way to fix it?

Thanks,Matt

I might suggest swapping the fan locations (may be that a connection is loose or...). If no joy that way, I'll suggest contacting Gainward about possible RMA, maybe even see if they'll simply send you a new fan (hopefully it is the fan and not one of the fan headers)

Thanks, just swapped the fan and its the fan that's faulty, i got it off my friend who works in a shop but the plastic is a little scratched so im not sure if i can swap it :S

Also 0 load it runs at about 30 degrees and in beam ng it goes to like lets say 50 degrees, is it still okay to use until i get the new fan or card?

yeah im thinking that, ive had it a day.

just not sure if i can get a replacement as its from a friend who works in a pc shop, i scratched the plastic side, can it still be replaced?

Gainward is reported to have good customer service, I'm thinking they wouldn't have a problem sending a new fan although they may charge you some for it. I'm personally thinking they won't charge anything at all (perhaps shipping) nor should the lack of receipt be an issue for your problem.
I have not personally dealt with Gainward but would be interested in what they say or do. I'll recommend talking to them and then letting us know how it goes.
