Hey guys,
So my computer was accidentally tipped and something in it would make a loud buzzing sound. So i immediately shut it off and opened the PC. I made sure that no fan was hitting a wire or something along those likes. So i closed it back up and started it again. I was prompt to a start up repair. So i agreed to it and it brought be back to a certain time in my pc. Now the problem is that every time I would touch the case. I would get a electrocuted with a big static charge. It was your typical static
