fifa 14 problem in windows 8.1

After installing windows 8.1 my games are not working properly done every thing
- Reinstalled games
- Reinstalled drivers
- updated Nvidea drivers
all games were working properly in windows 8 but after installing windows 8.1 every thing is ruined
PLEASzzzzzzzzzz HELP

Exactly what problems are you getting while playing them on win 8.1?
Are they lagging? Do they run most of the times you open them? what kind of games are you playing?
You might also wan't to tell me your pc specs so it'd be easier for me to understand what the problem is.

i am playing fifa 14. first when i installed windows 8.1 game was not working i saw in some web site that i should udate the drivers so i updated drivers but then game was lagging and voice was cracking. also i have tried to update the game but still nothing hapens i have uninstalled-reinstalled it.

specs-
PROCESSOR: intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 540 @ 3.07GHz 3.06 GHz
RAM: 2 GB
SYSTEM TYPE: 32-bit OS, x64-base processor
GRAPHIC CARD: NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS

That's got to be a driver problem. So uninstall them all (even if you did that before do it again) and do a complete clean installation. That's should solve it. First download newest drivers from Nvidia's official website.
Also go in device manager and see if your gpu is enabled or not. Make sure it is enabled and computer isn't running on dedicated graphics.

same problem for me this is my new system.. have 8.1 by default
what should i do to fix it

Not working still....
Tried compatibility trick....
(New system.... Latest windows 8.1 update 1 : Works only if I uninstall the update 1)

go to fifa setup in the fifa directory, and then go to fifa config , then click game settings and put the game in windowed mode , below the resolution
