I'm building a computer with the A10-7850k that I am going to overclock to 4.5 ghz, 8 gigs of ram oced to 2400 mhz, and an Asus A88X-PLUS. I do want to water cool it, but Air cooling would 've fine as well. I would prefer not to spend more than $80, due to my $5 a week budget :) .

Brandwise, go with seasonic or XFX psu (both made by seasonic). Wattage wise it depends, do you plan to add a GPU to your computer in the future? With just the A10 you could get away with a 450w but if you plan to add a GPU in the future you should get 550w-650w

Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $59.99

Power Supply: XFX 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($64.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $64.99

Power Supply: SeaSonic 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($71.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $71.99

No, he got best answer because he gave multiple PAYs around my price point instead of one and stated a scenario where more power would 've been needed for my rig. First come, first served in always the case. Expecting to post something without multiple resources is typical. I learned that when comparing AMD to Intel, and Linux to Mac. So my good sir have a nice day.
