I would buy an Asus MoBo.

As for a 500w PSU I recommend Fractal Design Integra R2 500W, 80 PLUS Bronze.

Go for and ASUS or a Gigabyte for the PSU go for a Corsair Builder Series. For a hard drive 320gb isn't good enough if you want to store games. I would recommend a WD Blue 1tb. :)

Might as well buy a good PSU with a lot of wattage, right? And since the parts decide how much W will be used it doesn't matter if he buys a 500w or a 1000w :)

You don't have to go for a PSU with a lot of W, just find a 450-500w PSU that is from a reliable company (Seasonic, Fractal Desing, Corsair). It may be annoying to go for a PSU that costs meaby a bit too much but it's recommended so your PC doesn't blow up on your face.

You shouldn't have any problems with an Asus MoBo.

That's not true stated like that. All atx power supplies will fitt all atx standard cases. Some cases still use a sfx power supplies or other form factors.

But yes,the corsair will fitt the antec case.

For a motherboard will either off the two mentioned be fine and asrock or msi too.

And i know that you know, but you might confuse the ts or maybe others who read this and don't know that much about it.
If he thinks that there isn't anything to keep an eye on he might just get the wrong one.
