Hi

I'm mounting a mini-ITX board (Asrock H61MV-ITX) with an Nvidia Quadro k600. It's a low profile GPU to be fitted in the PCIe slot. Now, the Raijintek Zelos is a 94mmx93mm fan CPU cooler, with 44mm of height. Has anyone installed this cooler in a mini-ITX board or have any knowledge if it will preclude me using this GPU card ? The width will barely make the card viable, I'm just not sure which way the heatpipes will be facing.

Thank you very much for your help!

Screw it with the heatpipes facing away from the PCIE slot and you should be fine. The Intel heatsync mount is relatively square-shaped, you should be able to get away with it just fine.

There's an image of it post-install. Those heat pipes don't stick out as much as you'd think they would. You probably have more than enough clearance for the GPU if you faced them that way, but since there are no heat spreaders behind your CPU, i'd say point them towards the top of the board and give yourself the extra room if you can.
