safe temperature for a gpu

so i started overclocking my gpu and and it runs at 70 degrees c at load and 35-40 on non load are these safe temps.

Yes those are perfectly normal temps for your GPU actually quite good depending on the overclock. All modern GPUs are made to have a TDP of 100C if you're wondering so they can take quite a bit before shutting down or taking damage.

if you could improve the case air flow to reduce the internal temp and keep the fan as clean as you could .
