I will be purchasing an additional 3 120mm case fans to fill the case.
Also for the observant ones I am purchasing a keyboard from Razer not the ones they provide.

It's a very good computer, but you could assemble it yourself for a lot less money.

Yes it's good, but I would suggest choosing an i5 K Series processor and get 8GB RAM instead of 16GB. Also, get a 500W PSU.

The video card doesn't support 500w I don't think and I plan to sli eventually so I need the 850w.
And I REALLY don't want to build my own.

Why don't you want to build your own PC? There are plenty of good video guides made by professionals on Youtube.

Here is another pre-built option that actually saves you a lot of money.
http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Intel-Z87-Core-i5-i7-Con...

Go with the exact specs that I list.
CPU: i7-4770K
Processor Cooling: Corsair H60
Memory: 8GB [4GB x 2] DDR3-1600, Free Upgrade to A-Data DDR3-1866
Video Card: Nvidia GTX 770 EVGA Superclocked
Free Stuff: GRID 2, Daylight, Assassin Creed IV Black Flag
Motherboard: ASUS Z87-A
Power Supply: XFX Core Edition PRO850W
Primary Hard Drive: Samsung 840 EVO 120 GB
Data Hard Drive: 1 TB Hard Drive

The total should match $1435
Make sure it matches the total.

This system will do you good for a while and GTX 770 SLI will be an option in the future as there is a 850W PSU (could've gone lower wattage, but XFX is too good compare to other options).
