Not that I can remember. I'm sure you may occasionally run into some sort of issue that may be XP-related but not any known issues I am aware of.
We've had limited experience with Windows XP and Server 2012 but I remember there being an issue with the logon scripts running automatically on those. 2008 though is no problem.
