Hi everybody,
I'm planning to get a new motherboard + CPU, and I found AMD CPUs are less expensives than the INTEL's, and more high frequency with more than 4 cores ( such as 6xxx & 8xxx series)
But a lot of my friends advise me to buy an intel motherboard ...
So what should I do ?

Solution
You won't get unlocked CPU and "Z" chipset motherboard at that price range but you can get locked CPU with ''Z'' series chipset motherboard for a bit cheaper than AMD

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($174.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87-DS3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($79.79 @ Newegg)
Total: $254.78
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

It depends on budget and usage. Amd may have more cores but their per core performance is less than Intels. If the programs you are going to use more than 4 threads then AMD maybe the way to go as they are cheaper than Intels i7's. For gaming Intel is currently better because of the per core performance and most games currently don't use that many threads which is why a 4 core i5 performs better than a 8-core 8350 in these games. So whats the budget and whats the system going to be used for?

For mainly gaming an AMD will do just fine. You could probably get by with an FX-6300 but for the minimal amount more you should just shell out for an 8320. While the 6300 is cheaper, it is less in the long run to buy a 6300 now and then buy an 83** later because you want more processor.

Either way you should get a Hyper 212 EVO cpu cooler with it.

If I buy an intel i5 hasswell ( which MOBO to choose)
And if I buy an AMD FX 82xx/83xx ( which mobo to choose) ?
Budget for MOBO 140$
Budget for CPU 180$

There will always be those who will say that the other is better, but in the end they're pretty much equal, in general anyway.

It would be worth mentioning that you won't need more than 4 cores really. At least in gaming, since most games can't properly utilize more than 4 anyway. Also, If you plan on doing overclocking, you should take that into account when choosing a CPU and motherboard.
