Not traditionally. Intel might with the Matrix controller. I know it allows for some odd combos. But traditionally you'll need 4 drives for what you want. 3 drives does RAID5
this is a hybrid raid10 which may or may not be do-able. I believe its called raid 10e. the ingle drive size must be large enough to mirror the raid 0 array naturally.
typically IBM controller support it, can't say I've seen it often outside of theirs.
