Should I stick with the reference card that I have or should I get a non-reference card because I'm putting it in an brand-name computer case? It is an Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 reference card.
Currently it is getting about 81°C hot.

The only fans I have my computer are the CPU fan, the PSU fan, one case fan and the GPU fan.

Solution
Even if you get a non-reference card with great cooling, your case will bottleneck your air ventilation. One case fan is definitely not enough for taking out the heat off your case. You should at least have two case fans (One pushing air in and the other pulling it out).

How do I add a fan with no more holes in the case and where on MB do I plug them in at?

What is your current case? You will probably have to get a new one.
