The Superclocked (The more expensive one) is clocked higher, which means it'll perform better without making you worry about overclocking.

the "superclocked" one is already overclocked. You can do this manually by yourself if you wanted to.

The 750 Ti is a great card but if your budget is $200 then I'd get a Radeon 7870 Ghz Edition like this one ($175 used) http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-DL-DVI-I-SL-DVI-D-PCI-Ex...

That's probably the best card you can get for under $200

The one that says SC or SuperClocked will perform a little better, but at the $200 price point the R9 270 will get you better performance, the 750ti is great for $150, but if you have a slightly larger budget you want to get the most you can.

R9 270 ≈ 7870
R9 270X ≈ 7870 GHz

I see we agree sir! :)
(Yes, I know that is it just a rebrand but my comparison is about relative performance)

The alternative, if you're able to go $30-$40 over your budget is the Radeon 7950 ($230 used on eBay): http://www.ebay.com/itm/PowerColor-Radeon-HD-7950-Boost...

It's notably faster than the 7870, but either will give you playable frame rates on High to Ultra settings at 1080p on most games.

I LOVE my 270Xs in Crossfire--haven't met a game yet that I can't max out at 1080p!

To the OP: If you can spare the budget at ~$230, get an R9 270X!

Or even stay in your budget and get a 270 and overclock it to a 270X as it's the exact same card just with lower clocks :)
