Hello everyone, I am currently trying to replace a cracked display for my HP pavilion laptop model number dv3510nr. I have an old desktop monitor hooked up to it. The issue is that I'm having difficulty figuring out the resolution of the original display. I've popped out the old one and found the model number which is b133ew06. It's a 40 pin led backlit. I've been able to find various lcd displays fitting the model number but the resolutions vary along with pin number and whatnot. Does it matter what the resolution is? If so, how do I determine what resolution display my laptop needs?
