Im trying to find out which liquid cooler would be the best for my setup, so far my choice was going to be the Corsair h100, but i would defiantly want the guru's input on this.

Intel i7 4770k
ASrock z87 OC Formula
samsung 840 pro series 128g
corsair vengance LP ddr3 1866
corsair hx 850 PSU
corsair carbide 400r atx tower
corsair h100 liquid cooler
asus 24 inch 3d 144 mhz 1ms
asus geforce gtx 780 3gb

Solution

The H100 has the most radiator surface area of any closed loop liquid cooler that has not been modded. Keep in mind that each fan is a 140mm not a 120mm. You should be OK with that 400R. If you want MAXIMUM over clocking headroom, I would use a custom loop.

Yes. The h100 or h100i can only get coolant so cold. Your best solution would be to make a loop including both the gpu and cpu for maximum overclocking potential of the system. Also, I doubt you are doing this, but if you are striving to achieve very high clocks in haswell (4.8ghz+) you should liquid cool your motherboards chipsets and north bridge.
