getting 300kbs and pay for 2mps

When I do the speed test I get 2mps but when I download using utorrent I get 300kbs can anyone help me? thanks

and the problem does not have anything to do with seeders

Talk to your ISP? We obviously have no control over your internet speeds or the price you pay.

just so we are clear, ang i may be wrong, a kilobyte is different from kilobit. 8bit = 1byte

to keep it short, if you have a 2mbps, you should have a download rate of around 250kBps (2000bits / 8bit(per byte)

ok well you are correct I tested at a friends house that gets 15mps and when he downloads a torrent he gets 2 so im sorry for the dumb question loll need to upgrade I guess?
