Are there any prebuilt gaming PC's that can run games like League of Legends for under $400?

The title is pretty self explanatory. I would like a gaming computer for somewhere around $400, but I am willing to wait and raise the price to about $460 but that's my max. I am a freshman in high school and I am not yet old enough to get a job and earn any more money, this is something I cannot change. I have also never previously attempted to even modify a computer's hardware before and would not even think about building one myself, thus the prebuilt prerequisite.

Just as a note, I am not looking to play games on high settings and what not, I am coming from playing an Xbox 360 on 480p output settings, no HDMI, so there is no need to impress, just as long as games like League of Legends have "Moderate" frame rate and are playable without lag.

Any help is appreciated.

Looked on new egg and couldn't find anything decent. Best bet would to go with a home made pc, and it's really not hard at all. I would look at some youtube videos on how to build a gaming pc.

All it is is screwing in the motherboard inside the case, fitting your components in the slots on the motherboard, and lastly connecting the power supply cables to the appropriate places on the motherboard.

If you're interested I can post a build that should max out league with no lag at that price.

Please!!! If it really is that simple and it doesn't require any thing like soldering and gluing delicate components then I am in. All of the videos and discussion threads gave me the impression that it takes a lot of skill to make your own PC, i.e. the people with $3000 dollar computers trying to showboat I guess.

LoL doesn't require a powerful gpu you can even run it fairly well on an r7 240, I was tempted not to help you being a dota player :p
