So right now I'm in quite the situation. I currently have this rig: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883258067 But with this graphics card instead of the one in the PC that I just linked: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121852 And with a different PSU to support a better GPU, the PSU is a Rosewill Capstone series 750W if anyone needs to know. But my problem is when playing games like League of Legends or some FPS games I get random drops in FPS. And I know the GPU I have right now isn't the best so that's why I'm wondering if I should get a better CPU such as a AMD 8350 Vishera 8 core, or a better GPU like a ASUS R9270X 2GB to see better performance in gaming. Anything is appreciated thanks!

Solution
GTX 760 for other games if he wishes and will not drop below 60 FPS on max for league.
Just a suggestion for the best bang of buck as GTX 760 is stronger than R9 270X and will be cheaper to the link that he had mentioned.

Low demanding game indeed, and I play at 1920x1080 with medium settings and no shadows. My budget is I would say around maybe $250 or so. Which is how much this one is: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127775
If that specific one is any good.

Lol u dont need a 760.
I am now Diamond 4 on league
I use a HD 6870 which I bought a year ago for 90$
i run 1080p at Ultra with everything capped.
Constantly 60fps (since my monitor is 60hz) and dips to maybe 50 during team fights.
U can grab a used 7870 or 7850 for like 120-150$
