Just upgraded my phenom 1055 cpu and old msi mobo to a fx8350 and a Asus saber tooth and I'm getting an error. Windows failed

I have Windows 7. I get a couple seconds into the Windows splash screen before I get an error. Tried safe mode, last known good configuration, and Windows repair
