can I trust the new egg open box

I'm thinking about getting a newmonitor. The monitor I plan on getting is $270 USD. Monitor:

But the open box is $215 USD. Monitor open box: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236313R.
So what's you opinion? Also I interested in suggestions it has to be 120hz 1080p and under $250 USD

No I wouldn't recommend buying open box anything. You can't return these items since they've already been returned and good luck trying to get service for them if something goes wrong.
