About to build a mini-itx rig with an i3 4130 processor. I am purchasing the 130 to fit a Cooler Master Seidon 120V 120mm Liquid CPU Cooler. The question is do I need to run a WC or can I just use Noctua NH-L9i Low Profile or Thermaltake SlimX3 Low Profile CPU Coolers? Seeing as I will not be oc'ing will heat still be an issue?

I will be running a video card most likely 7850 or r9 270x which may have rear ventilation. Appreciate some help thanks!!

the low profile air coolers would both work but I personally have an h60 (another 120mm aio water cooler) and I love it. Not only will it keeps temps lower, it's extremely quiet. I can't even tell its on unless I put my ear next to it.

It cases like those. I would rather recommend a CLC because it removes heat more efficiently in ITX solutions.
However, since you're not overclocking, you can just use the stock cooler and you'll be fine. If you want something more quiet, then just get a quiet low profile heatsink.
