GPU upgrade help

I am In need of a new gpu. My gpu is an xfx radeon 6670 clocked edition with 2gb of ddr3 ram. This card I just found out is 6 years outdated so I need another gpu for $150. It needs to be pci-e 2.0 x16. The problem is, my cpu is and amd phenom ii x4 830 clocked at 2.8gtz. I don't know if it a strong cpu but I have to stay with it. I need a good gpu that will perform well with no bottlenecking. I really need actual help here. Also I cant overclock my cpu because my pc is an OEM pc from asus. So help is needed.

Woltej1 is right games like skyrim and arma 3 and bf4 is open world and heavy on cpus but a 750ti is about the best price for a new card or check ebay for a used deal and when you look for a cpu if you like skyrim bf4 and arma go for intel the 4670k is a great deal for the speed and arma 3 works with high clocks and less cores arma 3 has bad multi core optimization the only good games that can run on all the cores amd has is bf4.

Use a shop bot and check ebay for a used cards they do have a 30 days money back if it is not working and just check the watts the card needs and for the bottlenecks that is about peole with top end gear. Check the benchmarks on video cards and go for the best one you can get for 150$ used .

I heard that my cpu bottlenecks so I don't know if the 750 will work
