Water Cooling parts input needed on a RIVBE w/ multiple GPU and full board blocks

Hello all, long time lurker, first time poster.
First venture into Water Cooling, need direction and opinion on parts I'm looking at.
Yes, I've read the sticky, extensively.

Parts:
RIVBE
i7-4820k
GTX 770 x2

Goal here is to water cool the cpu (of course), chipset, MOSFETs and the 2 GPUs, overclock and do it quietly. I probably will not overclock higher than the pre-programmed OC options in the BIOS, so about 4.5ghz on the CPU, no real preference on the GPUs, just whatever I can get.

(I'm open to input concerning the full board block)


Which leaves the rest; I have already calculated my overall loop TDP to be 700w total(plus pump), overclocking to 4.5 (I believe) assuming I've calculated correctly, yet that TDP seems a bit high(?).

Parts I'm considering:
Pump:
Swiftech MCP355

RAD:
XSPC EX360 Triple 120mm Low Profile Split Fin Radiator

or

Swiftech MCR320 "Quiet Power" Triple 120mm Radiator

In short are these parts acceptable or am I way off base here. Skineelabs seemed to like the MCR320, but that was posted in 2011. Am I going to need two?

Looking for any input you fine Ladies and Gentlemen can offer...

These are good things to keep in mind, unfortunately I can't seem to find any information that would give me some sort of metric on what a particular part (be it pump or radiator) would be sufficient for a moderate to highly restrictive loop such as the one I am designing. I would hate to order the pump only to find it is not strong enough to push water through 5 blocks or a radiator not strong enough to cool 700w TDP.

I have perused skinnelabs, now I am interested in what the community is doing...

The tjmax for that cpu you have is 100c it will shut down to protect it the safe OR for it is 75-80c range but you could take it higher but it will shorten the life and the video card will throttle if you go over 80c with it but I would not push it past 90c.

If you are running a r9 290 cooled by the black ice gt stealth, I am confident it can handle the the pair of GTXs I'm looking at.
Thanks for the info about the tjmax, I havent read anything about that.

yes this is the kind of info I need! Kudos

As far as cooling the motherboard goes,my admittedly dated experience with high-end motherboards always dealt with extremely hot chipsets. I was unaware this was out of style. Although I would be lying if I said I was just cooling the board for utility, I am primarily doing it for fun and a little for longevity! :)

I am going to compare the the rad you suggested with the ones I am looking at, considering price and search for a pump that meets your specifications. I will follow up in a day or so! Thanks for the comprehensive replies!
