would this be enough to cool both my 4770k and 780Ti? If not, what else would I need?

http://www.zalman.com/global/product/Product_Read.php?I... this is my case. Someone said a 360 would not fit.

Besides a GPU waterblock, what else do I need to connect my GPU to the loop?

Looks good, but in the case of having a GPU and a CPU in a high-impact environment, I prefer to have either a bigger rad or two smaller rads, before both the gpu and the cpu.
Nothing else beside a waterblock is needed as long as you're getting satisfactory tubing. Make sure you also have a coolant of some sort!

Good luck!
