Computer restarting when and after I watch netflix/youtube videos

Hi everyone, Ive been having this problem for a bit now and cant seem to figure out whats going on. Sometimes when I watch a netflix movie or tv show the computer just restarts. Doesnt seem to always happen. SOmetimes I can watch 10 episodes and nothing wrong. Other times I cant get through one episode without it happening. Same thing with youtube videos. Odd thing is it also does it after Ive hit back to browse on netflix to when Im done watching even.
So far Ive updated silverlight
updated drivers
updated windows
And nothing so far.
My computer is a HP Pavilion A1240N
specs.

Tested the hdd
tested the memory sticks with memtest86+
It has a 500 watt Ark technology psu in it that i replaced (yeah i know its a cheap one lol)
In the last few months Ive replaced the mother board with the same one that came in the comp from the factory
replaced the hdd with a WD black 500 gb
replaced the 2x512 memory sticks with 3x 1gb sticks (one was fualty so its being RMA'd)

So anyone have any clue on how to fix this? Ive been googling and reading forums so much the last few days I think im going crosseyed lol. Any help would be appreciated!

Below is a pic of what part of the bracket is broke circled in blue. Wondering if this is causing my heatsink to not have a good connection with the cpu.

Before messing with more hardware, did you try a clean Windows setup?

May be RAM, Power supply or motherboard, possibly the CPU. Did you replace the motherboard with a new one? Did you check it over for any issues with the capacitors? Check for heat issues (clean out all fans, clean the headsink and apply new heat grease).

For that old system, you may as well buy a used dual core computer, can find them under $100 if you look around a bit and make some offers. Not worth buying parts to fix a Pentium 4 system at all. I have a tiny small form factor Lenovo desktop PC that I run for video streaming in the bedroom with a 2.26 gig Core 2 Duo, I got it for either $30 or $40. Think about a new system.

Yeah I cant afford a new system even a cheap one especially after dumping money into this one, Im about broke lol. Motherboard was used but I did look it over well before using it and no signs of burnt caps or anything. Fans are all cleaned out before i reassembled everything. And I used artic silver ceramique on the processor. I did notice that the bracket that fits around the heatsink, the four bolts that go into the mb are good and solid but the small screws tha bot onto the heatsink are broke off, is it possible that its just not getting a good contact with the cpu and is overheating?

Are you talking about the fan screws? If they are loose but the fan is OK, that won't be an issue if it's mounted solidly. Or are you talking about the clips that hold the heatsink to the CPU? If that is loose, then yes you will have overheating issues.

Once you make sure everything is connected properly, if you still get crashes, install a clean Windows setup.

Don't put another dollar into fixing this system though if it continues to crash. The term here is throwing good money after bad, meaning you are spending your money on the wrong thing and working on fixing something that is better off replaced.

the way this is set up is you set the heatsink on the cpu, you put the bracket over the heatsink and screw them into the motherboard inside the bracket are 4 screws that go into the heatsink itself as well then the fan screws on top of all that into that bracket. whats broken is the 4 screws that go from the bracket to the heatsink itself, everything else is secure.
