Looking to build a gaming pc 1000 - 1100 Budget

I need someone to help me I cant decide between the amd and intel cpu. I want to be able to play any game that Is out If that is possible. I would like a gtx 770 with It but If i can get something better for the money add that Thank you.


I also plan to overclock
