You really need a better Graphics Card. At that entry level of the market, every $10-$20 extra you spend will give you massive gains in performance.

I'd consider the Radeon R7 240 @ ~$80 to be a start point. Can you afford to step up to that?

Yup, it's a big step up. Like I said, at the entry level, every extra $ spent gives you significantly more performance. An additional ~$25 gets you to an R7 250X, which is another big step up (though you'd need a PCIe power plug from your PSU for models from here on up). Then the $20 to a 260X, another big step up.

yeah the 610 is one of the weakest cards in the series if no the weakest. 6 indicates the series and 10 is the strength within the series. so a 650, or a 670 (or a 750ti or 760) would be the best way to get what you want. Next, if you want more performance, and youve tweaked the settings every way, you can overclock the s*** out of that processor for big gains too.
