I have an LG LCD TV, 32LG80FR. It stopped working due to the voltage fluctuations. One of the mosfets in the power supply unit is damaged. I need to know that mosfet number in order to replace it. I am not an Electronics engineer, but this is what i could collect:

Its a mosfet in the PCB Q601, its next to some kind of white-in-color cooling system. Number is not visible on it.

If somebody can provide me that number (or any spec that's sufficient to buy it), I will be able to buy and replace it.

Thanks in advance!

UPDATE: I got to know from an authorized service center that the MOSFET number is K12A60DL. Now, where do I buy this in INDIA (online preferred)?

Hi, hhelibe, i found the service manual of your TV, but there isn't any transistor marked as you said (Q601) in the power section, not even in the entire manual. Would you post a detailed picture of the zone with the MOSFET, I would like to help you find it? Best regards!
And something else - check if the chassis number is LP81G.

That's not a valid MOSFET marking, didn't find such a label in the database. Sometimes there are towo or more rows of symbols above the elements (that's about the chips too), but only one of them is the part's name. There isn't even a corresponding result from the search engines in the net. A detailed photo of the PCB will explain much more than you expect.

I cant attach the images here. I have taken an image of power supply, its part number and missing mosfet. Can you provide me your e-mail id so that I can send it to you? My e-mail id is alok.cd@gmail.com (in case if do not want to disclose your e-mail here, just drop me a mail and mention instrument from tom's hardware.) Thanks for your help so far!
